Privacy notice

Last updated 19 October 2026

Short, because there is very little to describe. What follows is what the site actually does, not a template.

1. Who this is about

Red Sentra operates redsentra.tech. Questions about this notice, or about anything you have sent us, go to [email protected].

2. The website itself

The site is static: every page is a file, generated ahead of time and served as it is. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a font service, so visiting a page contacts no origin other than ours.

The one exception is the contact page, which loads Cloudflare Turnstile — see section 4.

3. Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver a page, including the requesting IP address, and does so as our infrastructure provider. We do not operate an analytics product over those logs and we do not build profiles from them.

4. Getting in touch

What is collected

The contact form asks for a name, how you would like us to reply (email, phone, Telegram or LinkedIn) and the contact detail for that, an optional company, an optional indication of what stage the project is at, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and no field is inferred.

What happens to it

A submission is validated, checked for abuse, and handed to a small service of our own that runs in our Cloudflare account. That service keeps a copy of the submission in a database in the same account (Cloudflare D1), and then sends it to us as email. The email carries what you entered, the page it was sent from and the time it was received.

If we mark a submission as spam, a one-way hash of the sender's contact details, and sometimes of the message text, is kept on a blocklist so that later submissions from the same sender are filtered out. The hash cannot be turned back into a name, an address or a message, and it is removed once it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Abuse prevention keeps short-lived counters keyed on the requesting IP address and its containing network block, so that one source cannot flood the form. Those counters hold no message content and expire within the hour. Nothing about your browser or device is recorded, and no fingerprinting of any kind is performed.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a browser rather than a script. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA: it sets no advertising identifier and is not used to track you across sites. It requires JavaScript, so a submission made without JavaScript is accepted without it, under stricter rate limits.

Email delivery

The email is sent through Cloudflare Email Routing to our own mailbox, which is a Gmail inbox. No other email provider handles it. The contact detail you give is used to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add anyone to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list.

How long it is kept

The stored copy of a submission is deleted 180 days after we have dealt with the enquiry, and is never kept longer than 365 days in any case. A submission identified as spam is deleted after 30 days. The email in our mailbox is ordinary correspondence and is kept only as long as it is useful.

Ask us to delete what you sent, through the address in section 1, and we will delete both the stored copy and the email.

5. What we do not do

  • No analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts, no cookies.
  • No profiling, no scoring, no automated decision-making about you.
  • No selling or sharing of anything you send, in any form.
  • No newsletter, no marketing sequence, no re-contact after a conversation ends.

6. Asking us about your data

Write to [email protected] and ask. We will tell you what we hold from your enquiry, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it — the stored copy and the email alike.

This notice describes what the site does. It does not claim certification under, or audited compliance with, any particular framework — we make no such claim anywhere.
